Terms & Conditions

Please read Admission Terms and Conditions carefully and kindly ask your counselor to write down the details about your desired Courses & Discount packages behind your bill receipt that you joining / joined according to your fees paid. Please note no refund policy is there if acceptable then only join the course.

1. Admission Policy :- Registration is valid for 6 months only from the date of Enquiry / Enrollment / Admission. If student have paid a minimum fee Rs. 5000/- or else it is valid for 30 days only. Post 6 months student is bound to repay Rs. 2600/- again to finish his/her pending portion within one month only. Admission once granted will not be cancelled or transferred and no refund is possible and no reason will be given or asked.

2. Absenteeism :- Institute is not responsible for cover-up if the student misses his/her classes and lecture for whatever reason and course duration extends beyond 6 months. If the student wishes to finish the missed lectures or class he/she has to complete within a month and pay Rs. 2600/- per course provided the course and studied portion of exist syllabus. The Institute reserves the right to change / modify the course curriculum & location of class conduction. It will be abiding on the students to undergo training with the modified curriculum. If you wish to repeat full course, you can do by paying 30% of course fee + exam fee extra.

3. Installment Facility :- Fee can be paid in two installment of two weeks apart, 75% as first installment with exam fee extra to begin course. If paying in installment please attend lectures once in a week only. Kindly note book will be Issued after full payment of the course and exam fees. If you are unable to arrange the balance amount within 2 months due to whatsoever is the reason including getting busy with your job or absent due to personal problems e.g. detah, marriage, out of Mumbai transfer, accident in family, travel or any other reason - please understand you are not entitled to any refund of fee paid and would not ask any refund of the amount paid even by stating that kindly cut money for the lectures which i have attended and refund the rest. (Rs. 2500/- per lectures for 3 hours)

4. Certification Process :- Every student needs to clear the relevant examinations of the institute with 75% passing mark individually in Theory/Viva/Project and Practical in order to secure Diploma/Certificate. The examiner's assessment is final and abiding on the students. In case of faliure in the Examinations, the same can be reappeared after the payments of Rs. 2600/- per course. The student who has passed the exam will be issued certificate(s) approx. 18 to 24 Months for MBA/Govt and for IICTN Diploma/Certificate will be issued within 6 months after passing exam. it is mandatory to email full payment receipt on enquiry.iictn@gmail.com at the time of certificate collection.

5. Placement Assistance Policy :- If you needed job assistant from us then you need to sign two year bond with the company where will place you please get a professional resume ready before interview, job timing will be 9 hr. or more and first two months you might get half salary for compay training. you will be required to work as per the schedule, place of work timing and terms of the employer. Please note if you have join only one course salary will be approx. rupees 4000 to 8000 + incentive per month. For two or more courses salary will be approx rupees 10000 to 12000 + incentive and HCM and MBA salary will be approx 15000 to 18000 + incentive per month depending upon your qualification, working hours, location, aptitude ans skills. We have the liberty to appoint you anywhere in Mumbai/India according to the vacancy if a candidate get placed but does not joined as desired by the employer the placement assistance may not be considered again. You will be required to go for 3 interviews as and when informed for placemtns. Your selection will depend on your performance in the interview and a practical demo. If a candidate is not selected even after 3 interviews the institute will not be held responsible for providing any jobs. Students are assisted for placement within 6 months after passing final exam. It takes 1 or 2 months to adjust in any environment thus candidate needs to join with such an aptitued and candidate should not feel harassed and leave jobs as fee paid is only for these specialization education and no charges is levied for assistance of first placement, even if candidate have picked up jobs at his/her own, candidate will be considered placed. However your welcome to get ajob through us subsequently by paying in advanced recruitment cost of Rs. 10000 per placement separatley. All candidates place will maintain punctuality and discipline in the firm.
